Service exclusively through the audiologist
Solarear does not handle returns or exchanges directly with the end customer. Any request must be addressed exclusively to the audiologist who made the sale, who will act as the intermediary if necessary.

 

Coverage

 

- Manufacturing defects: according to the terms and conditions described in the Warranty Card.
- Withdrawal or return: handled directly between the end customer and the audiologist responsible for the sale.

 

Notes
Customized items, incomplete kits, or used products are not eligible for return, except in cases of proven defects.
